First and foremost are the general aviation services, which include:

  • assistance with pre-flight preparation (METAR, NOTAM, etc.),
  • assistance with aircraft arrival/departure,
  • technical handling, including technical equipment,
  • aircraft cleaning,
  • refueling of aviation fuel,
  • crew and passenger transport by minibus or contracted taxi service,

We offer the following handling services:

  • leading the aircraft to its stand,
  • assistance with the arrival/departure of the plane,
  • putting chocks under the undercarriage of the aircraft,
  • connecting an aircraft to a ground source of electricity,
  • connecting and starting the aircraft engines with the ASU,
  • provision of entrance (or handling) stairs for the aircraft,
  • unloading / loading of luggage from / into aircraft cargo compartments,
  • unloading / loading of cargo from / into aircraft cargo compartments,
  • sorting of luggage, including 100% security check,
  • aircraft cleaning,
  • draining / filling of the aircraft’s toilet system,
  • draining / filling water,
  • de-icing the aircraft,
  • frost protection of the aircraft,
