In the event that your hold luggage was not delivered, or was delivered in a damaged state, you can immediately use the services of the luggage claims desk.

Sine 25 August 2013, “LUGGAGE CLAIMS” has been located in the Arrivals Hall of Košice Airport. Our staff will be pleased to help you fill in a record of complaint and also provide all the important information.
