If your baggage has not been delivered upon arrival, or if it has arrived damaged, it is essential that you contact the Baggage Claim Office located directly in the Arrivals Hall immediately.
In order to proceed with your claim, you will need a completed Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with your personal reference number. You should then contact the airline or insurance company using this reference number.
Each airline has its own rules and procedures, so it is important that you receive accurate and specific information to help you deal with your case.
