The gradual easing of measures in countries around the world is also affecting air transport. The connection between Košice and Vienna should be reopened by the end of March. General conditions for entry into Austria
A negative PCR test no older than 72 hours or a negative antigen test no older than 48 hours in English or German is required. Upon entering the country, the obligation of a 10-day quarantine applies, with the possibility of termination on the 5th day after the negative result of the PCR test.

Respirator
A respirator of type FFP2 or higher is required at all airports and on board of Austrian Airlines aircrafts.

Passengers between 6 and 14 years of age and pregnant women may travel with ordinary masks; children under 6 years of age are still exempt from the obligation to wear masks.

If you cannot wear a mask for health reasons, a negative Covid-19 test no older than 48 hours at the scheduled start of the journey and a medical certificate of the Austrian Airlines form must be available.
