Due to the pandemic of Covid-19 disease, the relevant Slovak authorities issued following regulations:

1. ALL PASSENGERS FROM ANY COUNTRY 
arriving to Slovakia are obliged to fill in the electronic form for finding of a passenger ("Public Health Passenger Locator Form -" PLF "), which is published on the website of Ministry Of Transport; link https://www.mindop.sk/covid/ ( EN version) with effect as of 7th September 2020. 

2. PASSENGERS FROM RISK COUNTRIES
Passengers who during the last 14 days visited Czech Republic or any from the risk countries (which are all countries except following: Australia, Bulgaria,  Canada, China, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Island, Japan, Republic of Korea, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Monaco, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Austria, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Italy) are obliged to 

• register at:   https://korona.gov.sk/en/ehranica/ with the effect as of 09:00 a.m. of September 18th 2020. When registering, please enter your e-mail address at which you will receive the confirmation of the registration, which will serve as your legitimation for the needs of Police of the Slovak Republic during your stay at Slovakia; 

or

• prove a negative result of the RT-PCR test for COVID-19 not older than 72 hours upon entering the territory of the Slovak republic or go to isolation in the home environment until receiving a negative result of RT-PCR test for COVID-19, while in the case of asymptomatic during the isolation in the home environment, this isolation ends with the completion of its 10th day. The above measures do not apply e.g. to students attending schools at Slovakia with the permanent residence in the Czech Republic, nor to artists entering the territory of the Slovak Republic from the Czech Republic.

Exception for students and artists in the Czech Republic

An exception applies for students and applicants for study in the Czech Republic (applies from kindergarten to university) or for Czech students in Slovakia.
Upon entering Slovakia, it is necessary to have a certificate proving active study (certificate of study, invitation to entrance/final exams or invitation to enroll in school, etc.) In the case of an accompanying person, an honour declaration is sufficient.
An exception also applies to artists returning from the Czech Republic or traveling to the Czech Republic who have participated (or will participate) in audiovisual, television, theatrical or other artistic productions. It is necessary to prove this by a certificate from the producer of the audiovisual work, the broadcaster, the producer of the program, theater or other person who provided the artistic performance or the realization of the work of art.
