Ryanair, the largest European airline, as of today flies between Košice and Liverpool. 

The connection is operated twice a week on Wednesday and Sunday. The flights will be operated by Ryanair´s Boeing 737-800 with capacity 189 seats.

For a very long time we´ve been fighting for a scheduled service to this part of England, as we know the demand has been there. As of today, despite the very challenging times, Ryanair is operating flights connecting Eastern Slovakia with the John Lennon Liverpool Airport and we wish Ryanair thousands of satisfied customers on this route.”  

Olga Pawlonka, Ryanair´s sales & marketing manager for Central Europe and Balkan said: “We’re delighted to launch our new route from Kosice to Liverpool, which will operate two times weekly as part of Ryanair’s winter 2020 schedule. The route from Košice to Liverpool is Ryanair´s third route operated from Košice, in addition to the services Košice – London Stansted and Košice – Prague. The route to Prague was temporarily paused.
