The updated NOTAM about the coronavirus pandemic also contains new information concerning post-arrival obligations. Every passenger, including transfer passengers, must fill in a form at the airport in the Slovak Republic, in which they will state their contact information.

The form shall be handed over by the airline to all passengers during the flight. Once completed, each form will be retained.

The form is used to make it easier to search for a passenger in case of suspicion of a disease on board during the flight. Its function is to protect the public health of all citizens, so it is important to list it completely and accurately.
